I’m Naveen Sikka, MD – Expert Allergist

Dr. Sikka, a distinguished medical professional, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field of allergy and immunology. He completed his medical education at Bangalore University, M.S. Ramaiah Medical School, followed by an internship and residency in internal medicine then completed his allergy/immunology fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital.

His focus is on preventing allergic reactions and helping patients of all ages maintain active and healthy lives despite their conditions.

Neelu Mahajan, PA-C

Neelu Mahajan, PA-C, earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, MI. She has been practicing medicine since 2010, with a dedicated focus in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology since 2017. Her personal connection—caring for loved ones with allergies and ENT conditions—gives her unique insight into the daily challenges patients face. Neelu is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care and is thrilled to be part of the US Allergy & Asthma team, where she aims to help patients breathe easier and live better.

Diana Hall, PA-C

Diana Hall, PA-C is a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant with a broad range of experience in the medical field. Prior to specializing in Allergy and Immunology, Diana Hall spent the first eight years of her career working in critical care and pulmonary medicine, both inpatient and outpatient. Her clinical background brings a unique perspective to the care of patients with complex respiratory and immune-related conditions. She holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UT Health Science Center at San Antonio and is board-certified by the NCCPA since 2012.

Diana is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care and helping patients achieve better control of their symptoms for an improved quality of life.
